Hi, I’m Becca, and yoga has been a part of my life for 12 years. I love how it has helped me manage anxiety, and made me so much more aware of what’s going on in my body.
After having my two children, yoga became so much more important. It was a sanctuary of peace while juggling working five days per week in an office environment with the demands of parenthood, and it helped me recover from significant hip problems caused during pregnancy.
I left my job to pursue my dream of teaching yoga to others, and qualified as a yoga teacher in June 2018. I love to share the incredible health benefits of yoga with new mums in a welcoming and comfortable environment, at a time when self care is so important but it’s so hard to do.
