Bertie has been teaching yoga for 12 years.
She initially trained with the BWY completing her 500 Diploma course and is now a British Wheel Diploma Course Tutor & Foundation Course Tutor after completing an additional 500 hours of training with the BWY.
Bertie’s yoga practice combines strength in an asana while understanding how to find release through the breath. She relishes teaching the intricacies of anatomy and physiology of a pose while understanding the subtleties of the body and interweaving the philosophy of yoga. Bertie teaches and likes to adapts yoga to her students individual needs.
