Meditation for Beginners : 6 Week Course
Meditation is a great way to find some stillness, focus and peace of mind.
Often we feel as though we go about our days as if we’re running a race, with a busy head full of things to do and sort.
If that sounds familiar to you, we’ve got a course that might just be the perfect thing…
It takes time and regular practice to feel the benefits (which include helping with anxiety and depression, reconnecting you with your life, helping you to find your place in the world and treat yourself kindly) so this is a six week course to give you time to do it.
This course is for complete beginners or those that have concluded that “I can’t meditate and that’s that!”
This is a great opportunity to find out what benefits meditation can have for you and a great start to your new year plans.
Fridays at 11.15am (45 mins)
Jan 11th, 18th, 25th. Feb 1st, 8th and 15th.
The Yoga Studio, Rodney Road.
£50 for the 6 week course, including access to recorded meditations for use at home.
