New to AcroYoga, nervous or just up for going over some basics and having some fun? This is the workshop for you!
In this workshop we will review a few simple AcroYoga poses before starting to piece them together, exploring the skills required to move through the transitions.
Don't worry if you are new or nervous - will take things step by step, prepping with a dynamic monkey fitness warm-up and exploring the 3 roles of base, flyer and spotter so we all have a firm understanding of the basics before we step onto someone's feet and take flight! If you have never done AcroYoga before, don't worry - this is still the space for you to explore the practice!
This is going to be a fun, challenging and hilarious workshop - and a great opportunity to step out of your comfort zone in a safe and supportive environment.
Just bring yourself, maybe some snacks and a bottle of water (you will get sweaty and you will also, maybe, be going upside down!).
There will be two teachers to help and field any questions you might have.
