For those who are completely new to Yoga or interested to give Ashtanga a try, Sunny will guide you through the standing postures (Asanas) in a practice suitable for all.
Ashtanga Yoga will bring the awareness to your body, moving from one pose into another connecting with your breath. This will both strengthen and make the body more supple as well as bringing focus and confidence in your practise.
This basics class will give you a great foundation to join the ashtanga or any vinyasa class.
