Ashtanga is a stronger, more cardiovascular form of yoga where you learn to work at your own ability. For those who are completely new to Yoga or interested in giving Ashtanga a try, Sunny will guide you through the standing postures (Asanas) in a practice suitable for all.
Ashtanga Yoga will bring the awareness to your body, moving from one pose into another connecting with your breath. This will both strengthen and make the body more supple as well as bringing focus and confidence in your practise.
This basics class will give you a great foundation to join the ashtanga or any vinyasa class.
