Astanga is a beautiful form of yoga - a moving meditation. When the pure primary series is completed with a flowing breath count it creates a wonderful energy that connects everyone in the class together in their practice. It’s a dynamic practice but mindfully practiced it builds strength, endurance as well as flexibility.
Join Julia as she guides you through the full primary sequence in 2hrs. Some experience of yoga will help you in this session but experience of Astanga not required.

Julia Frearson has been teaching yoga in Gloucestershire since 2011 after completing an intensive training in Astanga with David Swenson.
She went on to complete her 200hr teacher training with Yoga Campus in London in 2013, which included further Ashtanga training with Richard Freeman.
She is now qualified at the 500hr advanced teacher training level with OrangeYoga School.
Julia is also a clinical psychologist and combines the two fields to create a unique approach to her classes.
She is committed to sharing the yogic wisdom that she fell in love with as it increasingly has brought more balance to her own mind and body. She tries to do this with humour, humility and care.
