Couch Potato to Yogi - a fantastic 6 week course designed to get just about anyone off the couch and onto a yoga mat.
This course will help get you active and moving again and guide you towards a happier, healthier you. An ideal introduction for those who are completely new to Yoga as well as being helpful for those returning to yoga or activity after a break.
Each week we’ll combine some yoga practice, together with more of a workshop element, where we’ll break down one or two individual asanas (postures) to practice and learn the foundations. At the end of each session, you’ll be given some things to practice at home as well as a handout to help consolidate your learning.
Great for those who feel they’ve become inactive and sluggish, tight and inflexible, weak, stressed or just age getting the better of you. This is a perfect kick starter.
