This wonderful workshop helps you to re-establish and deeply nourish an inner sense of security by developing a stronger nervous system. This strengthened nervous system, in turn, helps you experience calm within the storm of daily life. Yogic breathing, moving asana, repetitive sacred sounds and meditation - together is the practice of Kundalini Yoga which brings you into the present and clears the flurry of subconscious thought that sometimes seems out of your control. When you control your mind, you become less emotional and irrational in the decision-making process. Your choices become much more lucid, your thinking much more balanced.
April is an experienced certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher from Los Angeles. She completed her training with the great and recently departed Gurudass. She was teaching regular classes, workshops and facilitating retreats within the tropical jungles of Bali, Indonesia before relocating to London late last year.
