Nature is endlessly wise and can teach us so much, we change just as the seasons do. We can use our yoga practice to compliment these natural cycles and help ourselves adapt to the earth's changes.
Spring is our time to unfurl and rise back into the light, it is gentle and shy. We can use this season to set intentions and watch everything (more than just the flowers!) start to grow again.
Stay for the usual 75 minute class or enjoy an extra 15 minutes to give you space to slow down a little, practice some breath work, mediation and a spot of journalling, ready for the season ahead.
