Meditation for Beginners, a 6 week course

Meditation is a great way to find some stillness, focus and peace of mind.

Often we feel as though we go about our days as if we’re running a race, with a busy head full of things to do and sort.

This is a six week course because it takes time and regular practice to feel the benefits, which include helping with anxiety and depression, reconnecting you with your life, helping you to find your place in the world and treat yourself kindly.

This course is for complete beginners or those that have concluded that “I can’t meditate and that’s that”.

This is a great opportunity to find out what benefits meditation can have for you.

Fridays for 6 weeks, starting Friday 10th January 2020
11am (50 minutes)
£50 for the course (includes access to recorded meditations to use at home)
