Explore with Jess the different posture types and how these affect your movements, and look at different exercises to target the muscle imbalances in our bodies. Jess will include a variety of props and modifications to suit and help you understand how our bodies work.
Explore posture correction exercises that will work to help strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles and allow you to stand and sit taller throughout the day. Good posture can help prevent headaches, tight muscles and back and neck pain.
Suitable for both regular Pilates class attendees, and beginners.
