A strong and dynamic kriya practice (instead of Asana) that uses the breath and synchronised movements to open the energetic pathways and nervous system.
30 minutes - Active meditation.

Michael's fascination with the body and its limits began in early life. A spinal injury and surgery at 19 led him to delve deeper into the body, breath and mind across various physical practices.
Multiple yoga trainings and study with Yogi Ashokananda and Cat & Phil Alip-Douglas are joined with further qualifications as a massage therapist and biodynamic craniosacral therapist.
Coupled with a curiousness of our conscious and subconscious stories is the link for exploring anthropology and behaviour patterns (whilst working as a designer and engineer).
Michael loves the journey in learning how to integrate and embody fully. Finding health, life and a smile - exploring the language that lives in both our movements and stillness.
