Join Mary for her popular restorative yoga sessions.
Take some time to slow down as you rest and relax body and mind.
Restorative yoga is a practice that uses yoga props to support the body in various postures, creating space for deep rest. The postures are held for longer periods (10-20 minutes), allowing the body to be soft and supported without any effort, the focus is on opening, not stretching. This practice supports deep rest and well being.
Mary completed restorative yoga training with leading American restorative yoga teacher Roger Cole through Yogacampus.
