Take some time to slow down as you rest and relax body and mind.
Restorative yoga is a practice that uses yoga props to support the body in various postures, creating space for deep rest. The postures are held for longer periods (5-10 minutes), allowing the body to be soft and supported without any effort, the focus is on opening, not stretching. This practice supports deep rest and well-being.
Mary completed restorative yoga training with leading American restorative yoga teacher Roger Cole through Yogacampus and recently with Judith Lassiter.
