Summer Solstice Celebration Evening
Friday 21st June - a chance to celebrate the longest day of the summer together. 🌞
6-7.30pm - Yoga class - choose from a gentle or stronger class:
Solstice Surrender and Soften
a gentle restorative celebration of the Solstice

On this longest day of the year we will welcome summertime with a deep yoga practice. Moving slowly and mindfully, we will move deeply into the physical body with a yin practice. Yin yoga consists of longer held postures that invite the mind into a state of deep calm. Pranayama (breath control practices) will foster calming and anchoring the mind. We will finish with a series of restorative yoga postures to relax both body and mind.

Welcome the longest evening of the year with a heart warming yoga practice to bring sunshine to your Spirit. We will be moving through a gorgeous Forrest Inspired Yoga sequence to warm the body and clear the mind. Different levels of postures will be given to make the experience suitable for all levels of yogis including peri natal students.
