For those new to yoga or keen to try something a little stronger.
Vinyasa classes are a combination of movement and longer holds to create more strength, flexibility and power in the body. A form of moving meditation to settle the mind, shake off stress and make us feel better about ourselves.
No need to be strong or flexible - we start from where you are and move from there.
This session will introduce you to the principles and guide you through the basics as well as suggest the right class going forward.
