Yoga


Once you find and embrace a continued Yoga practice, you slowly realise just how much it will become a gift that “keeps on giving”.  

Over 25 years, my practice has evolved and I am changed because of it. I still love how Yoga makes me feel!   Yoga is my emotional and physical anchor,  continually strengthening my body and mind, ultimately helping  me to find a truer sense of myself.  Even today, I’m still loving that there are new to things to learn.  I see teaching as a further opportunity to share and work in partnership with students to help them to find joy in their own practice.  

Janet’s teaching is influenced by her historical love of Iyengar and Dynamic Vinyasa, and more recently Yin, Gentle and Restorative Yoga.  Janet is a 200 hour yoga teacher, currently studying for 500 hour advanced certification with Ian Davis.
