Laura Knightly-Brown


Laura has been practising yoga for 15 years and became a 200 hour Yoga Alliance-registered teacher in 2016, training with Ian Davis.

Whilst Laura enjoys a strong practice on the mat, she’s inspired to keep coming back by the positive impact that yoga can have “off the mat”, in everyday life.

She’s fascinated by research in the area of Positive Psychology and how recent science supports the all-round wellbeing benefits of the ancient practice of yoga. Laura believes that we are responsible for our own health and happiness and hopes to convey the transformational benefits of yoga through her teaching, leaving students feeling uplifted in body and mind.
