Maxine Reid


Maxine believes that there is something in yoga for everyone. She says, "The practice of yoga isn't 'what' you do but how connected you are to what you do.

She first encountered yoga at her local leisure centre. As her practice deepened over time, she discovered emotional and mental benefits in addition to the physical. This made her want to learn more so she completed a 200hr teacher training course with Ian Davis.

She recently completed intensive teacher training with David Swenson and is also soon to conclude a 500hr teacher training qualification. She hopes that she can support and help others through yoga.
