Nafia is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Vinyasa Flow Teacher, nearing the end of an additional 300 hour advanced qualification.
Her philosophy of yoga is the connection between mind, body and spirit, which in turn, leads one to better themselves to live a happier life, both physically and mentally.
She provides students with a strong, challenging and invigorating practice with an emphasis on the breath.
Nafia has been hooked on yoga and its benefits since she went on her first yoga retreat in the south of France in 2003.
She loves teaching yoga as a means for her students; not only to gain strength and flexibility, but also to ensure that they are able to find some escapes from the pressures and demands of everyday life.
