An Introduction to Pilates
Friday 17th August, Saturday 18th August, Friday 24th August & Saturday 1st September, all at 10am.Four stand alone classes for complete beginners. Come to one or more as you wish. Join Lynne for an introduction to the basics of Pilates in one of our special summer Pilates Fundamentals classes. Suitable for men and women of all ages and levels of fitness. Learn how to work safely and effectively in a Beginner Mat or Reformer group class. Small groups, so you're not lost in a crowd. If you’re looking to improve posture, banish aches and pains and get stronger and more flexible this is for you. Gain confidence before starting regular classes if you decide to progress it further.
