New monthly Basic Principles of Pilates classes, Thursdays at 7.30pm with Alice.
Small class sizes, expert teaching, friendly welcome. We’ll take good care of you.

If you’re worried about your posture, or have niggling aches and pains, Pilates can help you feel fitter, stand taller, and feel better.
£13 a class, or choose our Intro Offer of 2 weeks unlimited Pilates for £25.
This includes mat, reformer and barre classes if you want to explore what’s on offer - ask us for advice on the best classes for you.
