Our classes in John Lewis
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be running a handful of classes in the John Lewis & Partners Discovery Room.
Kate, our pregnancy yoga teacher, has already delivered an evening talk in the new store, and we’ve got three more classes scheduled for before Christmas which you can book now.

Seated Pilates with Sam Lewis
7th December, 12pm - 1pm
Seated Pilates is a brilliant accessible way to keep your fitness up, even as you become less mobile with age.
Traditional Pilates exercises are adapted so the class can be carried out while sat in a chair. Sam Lewis has years of experience teaching Seated Pilates, so you’ll be in safe hands.
Introduction to Yoga with Jan Benn
10th December, 10.30am - 11.30am
Never tried Yoga before? Jan Benn will be delivering this hour long session, introducing you to Yoga, and getting you started on your Yoga journey. You’ll be taken through a simple flow of foundational yoga postures, and you’ll be given a handout summarising the concepts covered in the session.
After-Work Flow with Sæunn Rut
13th December, 6pm-7pm
Sæunn’s classes are challenging but accessible, focusing on mindful movement, stilling the mind whilst flowing between stretching and strength.
You’ll work hard, sweat even, but you’ll leave with more energy than you had when you went in.
