I was introduced to Yoga in my 20’s, in the early 1990’s and have consistently practised since then .... It had such a profound affect on my physical and emotional well-being that I have always felt compelled to share the Yoga message to as many people as I can, and teaching it facilitates this! I wasn’t a very flexible person when I started, so I understand what it’s like to have physical restrictions and to work hard to overcome mental obstructions in your personal practice … I have a light-hearted approach, and enjoy teaching a strong class, encouraging my students to go a little outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves. I love teaching inversions, so expect to go upside down! I will focus on a particular movement or asana to get it right, and I like to assist my students. I completed my 200 hours teacher training with Ian Davis in 2017.
