Sian's passion is personal development - learning about yourself. She loves that there are so many layers to yoga - on the surface it's a full body, physical outlet that creates a strong and healthy body. Go a bit deeper and you'll find a mindfulness practice that helps you to learn to be present and content. Find another level and you reach a place where you can learn about yourself - your physical capabilities and limitations; about where you hold tension and emotion; about how you see yourself and your view of the world; about how to accept and how to let go.
Whatever your reason for coming to yoga, you will always gain something more from it - the learning and change that comes is endless, and that's what Sian loves.
