Vic first came to Yoga over a decade ago to keep limber between summers spent surfing. Deeply inspired by her first Yin Yoga class in 2013, she signed up and completed a 200-hour Yoga and Energetics training in Bali in 2015. This was followed by Yin Yoga training in the Cotswolds in 2018, which further strengthened her devotion to the potent, yet healing practice that she now shares in her classes.
Drawing influence from various forms of Yoga including Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Forrest, Vic’s classes focus on exploring the visceral experience of Asana and encourages the individual to cultivate the kind of insight conducive to meditation.
She is also a certified Holistic Therapist who specialises in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and massage.
