An opportunity to explore yourself through Gentle Somatic Yoga practice and Mindful Movement whilst being nestled in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. Over the course of the retreat we will enjoy nourishing and delicious food, time to relax and up to 8 Yoga classes. The Yoga and movement classes will include Gentle Somatic Yoga which is a mindful restorative movement practice which will help you to ease tension in the body whilst building your awareness around efficient and beneficial movement patterns. You will also have the opportunity to partake in Yin Yang Yoga classes which will embrace an energising yoga flow practice followed by gentle restorative practice - the best of both worlds! You’ll walk away feeling lighter, happier and more connected to yourself. Relax, revive, refresh and breathe deep!
