A safe space for Pilates.

Please don’t come to Pilates if you feel unwell.

Clean hands.

Please sanitise your hands before you enter the studio, and after your class as you leave. There are hands-free sanitisers throughout the studio for you to use as often as you wish.

Lots of ventilation.

We have always been lucky to have excellent ventilation and through movement of air with our vaulted ceilings and many windows at both floor and ceiling levels. We will continue to regularly open the windows for ventilation, so do bring extra layers.

Lots of space.

We are continuing to keep the Reformers/Mats widely spaced for now in the one very large studio as an ongoing precaution.

Face coverings.

Face coverings are a personal preference, and are not required while you are at the studio. But you are more than welcome to wear one as and when you wish.

Socks.

Socks are required for all classes, ideally grip socks for Reformer classes. We have a selection of grip socks for sale if you forget yours. No shoes or bare feet in the studios please.

Equipment cleaning.

Each Reformer has it’s own box, platform extender and cleaning products. Please wipe down all touch points on your Reformer and any studio equipment used thoroughly, and put them back where they were next to your Reformer (boxes/platform extenders up against the wall please). All straps and handles have Stott Pilates vinyl covers which are easy to clean. Cleaning cloths are single use and washed regularly.

Personal props.

You are welcome to bring your own props / small equipment if you have them, and we have inexpensive options at the studio to buy if you would like to have your own. If you use studio props during a class, please wipe them down thoroughly at the end.

Studio cleaning.

The studio is professionally cleaned daily to ensure high levels of cleanliness, and we clean touch points throughout the day.
