Cancellation Policy

All classes require 24 hours notice of cancellation.

 You can cancel a class from your account up to 24 hours before the class start time, and choose a different class within the pass expiry.
Classes that are cancelled at short notice or missed cannot be credited. As a small business, we do need this time to offer the place to someone on the waitlist when a class is busy, or to give fair notice to the teacher and any clients booked if a class is no longer viable to run and we have to cancel it.
