A little bit about us.
Voted best Pilates/Yoga studio in Gloucestershire in 2017 and 2018
Established in 2009, we are a happy, relaxed studio and that is reflected through all our classes, and the caring, empathetic nature of our teachers. We love the sense of community that brings. We have over 100 classes a week in Mat & Reformer Pilates, Barre and Yoga, and lots of private one to one sessions.
We are lucky to have two beautiful locations each with their own unique charm: vaulted ceilings, wooden floors, lots of light. The perfect places to practise.
Reception is based at The Pilates Studio, so drop in there for any enquires you might have.
(Our studios are just a four minute walk apart, so don’t worry if you’ve turned up to the wrong one!)

The Yoga Studio
53-57 Rodney Road
Do I need to bring anything with me?
We provide all the equipment you might need — just bring yourself in some flexible clothing. For yoga you’re very welcome to bring your own mat, but otherwise we do have mats here for you to borrow.
Can I leave my mat at The Yoga Studio?
Yes! Find yourself a tube in our “wall of mats”, and your mat can be ready and waiting for you whenever you come to class.
Are there changing rooms and showers?
The Pilates Studio has both changing facilities and showers available. The Yoga Studio has toilet cubicles which double as a space for you to change. If you’d like to shower after your Yoga class, feel free to pop to the Pilates Studio.
Are there lockers?
Lockers are available in the changing rooms at The Pilates Studio, and in each of the studios at The Yoga Studio. No need to bring any change with you - they’re free.
Do I need to book in advance?
If you’d like to make sure you’ve got your space in advance, you can book online for your yoga classes. Just go to the timetable, and press book.
For all of our Pilates and Barre classes we have limited numbers, so it’s advised that you book with reception for your classes, otherwise we can’t guarantee you a space.
Workshops and Events also have limited spaces (and are popular!), so you’ll be required to book in advance for these too.
Online and app booking for Pilates are on their way, but in the meantime you can book with reception.
Do I need a code to get in?
Door codes are available for all Yogis to pick up from The Yoga Studio, and also available for those doing evening Pilates classes from reception.
Don’t have a door code? Don’t worry: at both of our studios, a teacher or a receptionist will be on hand at least 15 minutes before your class to let you in.
Where can I park?
The Pilates Studio has a pay & display car park directly opposite (Sherborne Place Car Park). The Yoga Studio has some street parking available, and at the end of the road there is the Rodney Road Car Park and the Regent’s Arcade Car Park.
