Sunday 3rd December 3-4pm. £10 donation for adults, U18s free, including a glass of fizz/soft drinkWe are raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). We chose this charity as one of our clients, very dear to us, lost her beautiful daughter to MND recently. MND affects up to 5,000 adults in the UK at any one time. There is currently no cure. Please come and support us. Robin (a Pilates regular at the studio) is a professional pianist and composer, who works regularly with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra - we are very grateful to him for giving his time.
