Nicky is the owner of Cheltenham Pilates and Yoga Studios in Cheltenham and Senior Pilates Instructor. She has a first class degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences, is certified to an Advanced level with Stott Pilates™ (gaining 96% in her exam) and has more than 8000 hours of teaching experience in Mat and Equipment Pilates.
