Who is this suitable for?

This is an audio CD, so you can listen to Nicky’s verbal cues, avoiding the need to turn your head to watch a dvd. It is only suitable for people who are already familiar with the Stott Pilates basic principles. 
The CD is not suitable for complete beginners to Pilates.

What’s in it?

Our usual warm up incorporating the Stott Pilates basic principles, followed by familiar exercises from Ab Prep to Push Ups (and yes, The Hundred!), with movement through all planes of motion to strengthen and stretch. Modifications for different levels. Please modify or omit any exercises that you know are not good for your body, or don’t feel right for you on the day.

No props are required for this class, but please use a small block or folded towel under your head if you need it for good neck alignment in exercises where you are lying on your back (take it away for hip rolls/shoulder bridge as we do in class).
